Fran is an illustrator who draws for children's books, commercial projects, and personal experiments. She uses digital and traditional materials, and is inspired by nature, pop culture, childhood and daily life. Her recognitions include the Nami Concours Green Island Award, the Philippine National Children's Book Award, and being a Bologna Children's Book Fair Illustration Exhibit finalist.
